Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jetta Harrison from any and all losses, costs, claims, suits, expenses, damages and awards, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for defending such actions in connection with any claim or lawsuit brought against Indemnities by a third party resulting from the acts or omissions of Client.
